We are a small company, offering a great diversity of services. What happens if I would like you to quote for a service?
Contact us by phone or e-mail. We will then discuss a time to visit you before preparing a quotation. You can then book in as a one off of more regular service.
How much does it cost?
Each home, requirements and location differ, that is why we operate a taylor made service and charge for the total job rather than an hourly rate. It will also depend upon the service which we provide. Our rates start from £10 per hour (subject to conditions)
How do I pay you?
You can pay by cash or cheque on day of us visiting you. We will then issue a receipt for the work completed.
Do I always get the same cleaner?
We always try to provide you with the same cleaner/s. This way you know who is coming, and our staff get to know you and how you like things to be done.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Firstly you must contact the office straight away. We will then try to resolve the issue on the phone or will come out to see you as soon as possible to discuss with you your concerns.
Which areas do you cover?
Most areas of Herts, Beds and Bucks. Approximately 20 mile radius of Hitchin
What are the usual operating hours for cleaning?
Usually from 8.30 to 6pm, monday to Friday. But we can cater for customers around this, especially commercial customers around office or trading hours.
